GIRL'S NIGHT OUT This 12 week program with instructor Jenny Hendy will help you break out all your moves and gear you up for your activities outside the four walls, helping you build strength, endurance and stamina needed for real life action. This class includes different styles of fat burning workouts to give you a cross training effect. Mon & Wed 5:45 - 6:45pm $65, Seniors $50
PUMP SCULPT This 12 week program with instructor Susan Lorette will enhance your body with free weights, resistance and body weight to tone and condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. You will find muscles you never knew you had and it’s one of the fastest ways to get into shape. All fitness levels are able to do this class. Tues & Thur, 7:10-8:10pm $65, Seniors 50
GET-ER-DUN This 12 week program with instructor Belinda McConnell consists of a warm-up and varies daily from low impact aerobics to simple step. Weight training is added as well as some great stretches and a cool-down. Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:00-10:00am $90, Seniors $65
TIGHT ASSETS This 12 week program with instructor Jenny Hendy proves that lifting weights is no longer solely for the world of hardcore body builders. It has become one of the more popular fitness activities for people of all ages. The list of benefits are endless including: Easier weight loss or weight maintenance, leaner & stronger body, improved appearance, better posture, lower blood pressure, increased resting metabolism, improved balance & coordination and stronger bones. RIVERVIEW RUNS - 5K CLINIC This 10 week program with instructor Kendra Wentzell welcomes anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of running in a fun and social atmosphere. This program offers a safe and gradual introduction to running. Relieve stress or lose weight, and enjoy the outdoors in a social setting. A safe, informative, FUN, motivating and rewarding group!
